Follow this procedure:
- Click on the blue text 'forgot password' (bottom right of the login screen)
- A new page 'Forgot password' will appear
- Enter your username
- Then click the green button 'Reset password'
- You will immediately receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you provided during your registration
- didn't receive an email? Check your spambox!
- Click on the link in the mail
- This link opens the page 'Reset your password'
- Enter the same password in both fields
- Click on the green button 'Save'
- Click on 'Go to Login to continue'
- You will now return to the login screen where you can enter your username and password
