Communication and language development

For parents, caregivers, health care providers, and teachers, concerns and questions often arise regarding the care and well-being of individuals with Marshall-Smith syndrome.

Due to the intellectual disability associated with MSS, language development does not start or is difficult. Learning to communicate also does not happen naturally because of this.
