 For parents, caregivers, health care providers, and teachers, concerns and questions often arise regarding the care and well-being of individuals with Marshall-Smith syndrome. 

  • Difficulty breathing due to narrow airways;
  • Sleep apnoea (pauses in breathing during sleep)
  • Increased blood pressure in the pulmonary vessels (pulmonary hypertension);
  • Increased risk of respiratory infections (from colds to severe pneumonia)
